SEMARANG – The Department of Nursing Undip, in collaboration with the Nurse Media Journal of Nursing (NMJN) held a One-Day Workshop on Journal Management and Manuscript Peer Reviews on Thursday, 10 February 2022. The workshop was attended by more than 250 participants from diverse institutions in Indonesia. Almost all of them were editors and reviewers of scientific journals. Due to the pandemic, the workshop was conducted online via Zoom meeting.
The workshop aims to equip the participants knowledge and skills in managing academic journals and undergoing peer reviews. It is with a hope that they would be able to implement the knowledge and skills they obtained to improve their journals.
The workshop presented Prof. Dr. Istadi, S.T.,M.T from the Faculty of Engineering Universitas Diponegoro with a topic “Best Practices in Academic Journal Management” and Prof. Dr. yati Afiyanti, S.Kp.,M.N. from the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia with a topic “Best Practices in Manuscript Peer reviews”. Both speakers are the experts in the related area.
